Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

I have over 20 years experience working with the psychological process as a therapist, including 7 years of working in a Student Counselling Service in one of Ireland's leading third level institutes.

I work with people experiencing all kinds of issues, as well as having a particular expertise in working with people coping with Anxiety Disorders. My approach as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist means that in allowing clients to speak about their symptoms, they can obtain relief and understanding. I bring additional benefits to my practice and clients by using my expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and  Mindfulness. My clients come from all over the country and include all age groups. 

I am  fully accredited as a registered practitioner of Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists (APPI) and member of Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP). Both of these organisations are active participants in the process of statutory regulation of therapists which is being implemented by CORU.

My counselling and psychotherapy practice is in Moynalvey, Summerhill, Co. Meath. A welcoming private space. Less than an hour from Dublin, Approximately 20 minutes from Blanchardstown, Maynooth, Dunshaughlin, Dunboyne & Trim and no city traffic!
